Meet Philip A. Ramos, an NYU Graduate, started That Storm Films, Inc with the full intention of creating fun-filled popcorn type films but with a strong emotional component.
Philip wrote, edited and directed the award-winning The Kidnapping of a Fish which mixed multiple genres and was only made possible with the awesome partnership of Writer/Director John D. Hay, Jr and Cinematographer Patrick Phillips of Team Biscuit films, LLC. We love to make films!
